The knob on the top of the pedaling assembly just to the right of the white sticker is a pedal-force adjustment. Pedal force is maintained by a magnetic-drag system that provides smooth, consistent pedal
force.
The seat pad is a pillow and not included with the bike - purchase at K-Mart or WalMart for less than $10.
The bicycle's manufacturer states that the maximum weight capacity is 250 lbs.
